SWEETReclaim – a sustainable future for snacks
SWEETReclaim is a project funded by the National Centre for Research and Development. Its aim is to develop snacks made from food industry by-products that support the gut microbiota and help regulate satiety. The Swiss-Polish initiative, focused on sustainable food solutions and carried out under the Polish-Swiss Cooperation Programme, is led by Prof. Anna Michalska-Ciechanowska from the Department of Fruit, Vegetable and Plant Nutraceutical Technology.
